These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 889v ("Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 889v platform, website, mobile interface, and all associated betting, casino, gaming, and financial services (collectively, the "Services") available at 889v.net and any related domains or subdomains.

By registering an account on the 889v platform, accessing the website, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the 889v Services, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

These Terms are written in English and this English version shall be the definitive and controlling version for all purposes, including in the event of any dispute or inconsistency with any translated version.

To register and maintain an account with 889v, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be a natural person of at least 21 years of age. 889v enforces this age restriction strictly and reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any time, including a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card).
• You must be legally permitted to engage in online betting and gaming activities under the laws applicable to your location at the time of access.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as a nominee, agent, or representative of any third party.
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of 889v or any of its affiliated companies or service providers.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which the use of 889v services is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not have had a previous 889v account suspended, closed, or restricted for violations of these Terms.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account with 889v. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You must notify 889v promptly of any changes to your registration information, including changes to your mobile number linked to JazzCash or EasyPaisa accounts used for transactions.

You are solely and entirely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your 889v account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes associated with your account. Specifically:

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must not permit any other person to access or use your account, even for a single session or for a limited purpose.
• You must use a strong, unique password for your 889v account that is not used for any other online service or platform.
• You must enable two-factor authentication when prompted or where it is available in your account security settings.
• You must notify 889v support immediately via live chat if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account or if your login credentials have been compromised.

All activity conducted through your 889v account — including bets placed, deposits made, bonuses claimed, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility. 889v is entitled to treat all account activity as having been conducted by the registered account holder unless and until the account holder reports a security breach in writing to 889v support.

All financial transactions on the 889v platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 889v supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay IBAN transfer, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and 889v reserves the right to modify available payment channels at any time with reasonable notice.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• Minimum Deposit: PKR 500 per transaction via all supported PKR payment methods.
• Withdrawal Processing: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are processed within 1–4 banking hours. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are processed within approximately 10 minutes of approval.
• Withdrawal Fees: 889v charges no platform-side fees on standard withdrawals. Any fees charged by your bank, mobile wallet provider, or payment processor are outside 889v's control and are the account holder's responsibility.
• Identity Verification: Prior to processing any withdrawal, 889v may require verification of your identity and payment method. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedure. Failure to complete verification will result in withdrawal processing delays.
• Matched Payment Methods: Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to technical and policy constraints.
• Refused Transactions: 889v reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any deposit or withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or other prohibited activity.

889v offers bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. The following general conditions apply to all 889v bonuses and promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits will be clearly stated for each specific promotion at the time of offer.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless specifically stated otherwise in a promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses are intended for individual personal entertainment use only. Any attempt to use bonuses for professional wagering arbitrage, bonus abuse, or coordinated exploitation by groups of players will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all related funds.
• Free bets must be used within the time period stated in the relevant promotion. Unused free bets expire automatically and have no cash value.
• 889v reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where it determines that a promotion is being abused or where circumstances make it necessary to do so.
• All bonus offers are available to players aged 21 and over only.

All betting and gaming activity on the 889v platform is subject to the specific rules applicable to each product, sport, or game type. The following general rules apply across all 889v services:

• Sports Betting: All bets are accepted subject to the odds and terms displayed at the time the bet is placed and confirmed. 889v reserves the right to void any bet placed on erroneous odds that are clearly inconsistent with the prevailing market.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) bets are accepted at 889v's sole discretion. 889v may suspend in-play markets at any time during an event. Bets accepted during a suspension period may be voided.
• Cricket & PSL Betting: All cricket bets, including PSL markets, are settled according to the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body. Abandoned matches are settled as per 889v's published abandonment rules, which apply the DLS method where applicable.
• Casino Games: All live casino games are operated by certified third-party providers. The rules of each casino game are determined by the respective game provider and are displayed within the game interface. 889v publishes the theoretical return-to-player (RTP) rates for all casino games where available.
• Slot Games: Slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems independently audited by internationally recognised testing laboratories. All RTP figures published represent theoretical long-run returns and are not guarantees of individual session results.
• Maximum Winnings: 889v reserves the right to apply maximum payout limits on any individual bet, game round, or session. Applicable limits are stated within the specific product rules and may be applied without prior individual notification.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 889v platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Using the platform while under 21 years of age, or opening an account on behalf of a person under 21.
• Opening more than one account, whether in your own name, a third party's name, or using false or borrowed identity documents.
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated personal information during registration or verification processes.
• Using the platform to launder money, process the proceeds of crime, or facilitate any other financial crime.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the 889v platform or any associated game or software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots, scripts, AI-driven betting systems, or any other non-human mechanism to place bets or interact with the platform without prior written authorisation from 889v.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of unlawful manipulation of the outcome of any sporting event or casino game.
• Colluding with other players, casino dealers, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any 889v software, security mechanism, or intellectual property.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 889v staff, customer support agents, or other players through any communication channel.

All content on the 889v platform — including but not limited to the 889v brand name, logo, trademarks, website design, software code, text, graphics, data compilations, odds data, and all associated intellectual property — is the exclusive property of 889v or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable international intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 889v platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the 889v platform or its content.
• Scrape, aggregate, or systematically extract data from the platform, including odds data, game results, or user data.
• Create derivative works based on 889v content without express written consent from 889v.
• Use the 889v brand, name, or logo in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without prior written agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 889v, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and service providers shall not be liable to you or any third party for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the 889v platform or Services.
• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from platform use.
• Any interruption, suspension, or cessation of the platform or any part thereof, whether due to scheduled maintenance, technical failure, force majeure, or other cause beyond 889v's reasonable control.
• The conduct, content, or actions of third-party game providers, payment processors, or other service providers integrated into the 889v platform.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or delays in data transmission, odds display, or game result reporting.

In no event shall 889v's aggregate liability to any individual user exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

889v is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all registered players. The following responsible gaming tools and policies are available to every 889v account holder and are accessible directly from the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once set, deposit limits can only be increased after a 72-hour cooling-off period. Reductions take effect immediately.

889v strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years. If 889v has reasonable cause to believe that a registered player is under 21, the account will be immediately suspended and all funds frozen pending identity verification. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful, and 889v takes all reasonable steps to prevent it.

889v collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account with 889v, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the 889v Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

Personal data collected by 889v includes but is not limited to: your name, date of birth, CNIC number, residential address, mobile number, email address, payment account details, device information, IP address, and detailed records of all transactions and gaming activity conducted on your account.

889v uses this data for the following purposes:

• Identity verification and age verification (KYC compliance).
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions.
• Prevention and detection of fraud, money laundering, and other prohibited activities (AML compliance).
• Providing customer support and resolving disputes.
• Personalising the platform experience and delivering relevant promotional communications where you have provided consent.
• Complying with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

889v does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data may be shared with trusted service providers who assist in the delivery of 889v services (such as payment processors and identity verification providers) under binding data processing agreements that require equivalent data protection standards.

889v reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Any breach of these Terms & Conditions or associated policies.
• Suspicion of fraud, identity theft, money laundering, or any other prohibited activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• A request from a relevant law enforcement, regulatory, or judicial authority.

In the event of account closure for reasons other than Terms violations, any verified funds remaining in the account balance will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or AML verification requirements. In the event of closure due to a Terms violation, 889v reserves the right to retain all funds in the account.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting 889v support via live chat. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any outstanding bets at the time of closure will be settled according to their applicable rules and any resulting funds dealt with as described above.

889v reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 889v will notify registered users via email to their registered address and/or via a prominent notice displayed on the 889v website. Minor amendments may be made without individual notification.

The effective date of the most recent version of these Terms is stated at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the 889v platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to initiate account closure.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which 889v holds its operating licence.

In the event of a dispute between you and 889v arising from these Terms or your use of the 889v Services:

• Step 1 — Internal Resolution: You must first contact 889v's customer support team and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. 889v will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a full resolution response within 14 days.
• Step 2 — Formal Escalation: If the matter is not resolved informally within 30 days of submission, either party may escalate the dispute to the independent dispute resolution body designated by 889v's licensing authority. The decision of the independent dispute resolution body shall be binding on both parties subject to any rights of appeal.
• Step 3 — Arbitration: Where the dispute resolution body's process does not resolve the matter, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules applicable in 889v's licensing jurisdiction. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
